Everloom Collaborations

In some cases you may want to work on an Everloom with another family member. For example, if you've created an Everloom for a parent who has passed away you may want to invite siblings to help you.

Collaborator Permissions
Everloom Collaborators Can:
  • Edit Biography

  • Add, edit, and manage Family

  • Add, edit, and manage Chapters

  • Add, edit, and remove Media in Chapters and the Gallery

  • Review and approve Memories and adjust Memories settings

  • Edit Directory information and Directory access

  • Manage Everloom permissions

  • Manage an Everloom's settings including upgrading and After Life settings

    • If a Collaborator upgrades an Everloom they will be charged, not the Everloom owner.

Everloom Collaborators Cannot:
  • Transfer ownership on an Everloom

Adding Collaborators
How to Add a Collaborator
  • Go to the Everloom​

  • Click Share Everloom

  • In Everloom Permissions

    • Click Add

    • Enter an email address
    • ​Change the permission from Can View to Can Collaborate

    • Click Send Invite

If someone already has access to the Everloom simply change their permission from Can View to Can Collaborate. 

Removing Collaborators
How to Remove a Collaborator
  • Go to the Everloom​

  • Click Share Everloom

  • Under Everloom Permissions find the user you want to remove as a Collaborator​ and set their permission to Can View.
