Refund Policy

All Sales are Final

Family Heirloom Inc., which provides the Family Heirloom Inc. site and services (“we,” “our,” “us”) does not offer refunds of any kind. Given the digital nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds once an Heirloom is purchased. All purchases you make on our site, ourfamilyheirloom.com, or otherwise through us, are final.

Before Purchasing

If you’re unsure about which Heirloom plan to select, consider signing up for a free Basic Heirloom before making a purchase. While the Basic Heirloom has limited features and storage size, we designed it so that you can get a feel for the service and see the value it brings before you decide to make a purchase.

An Heirloom plan can be upgraded, but it cannot be downgraded. If you’re unsure how much storage space you need we recommend signing up for a smaller storage plan option and upgrading when you need more space. When you upgrade, you will only pay the difference in price between your current plan and the upgraded plan. See here for more information on the differences in our Heirloom plan options.

If you’re considering buying an Heirloom for or gifting an Heirloom to another person, you may want to reach out to them first to see if they have already created an Heirloom for themself. An Heirloom gift code can be used by anyone, so if your recipient already has an Heirloom you can choose to share the purchased gift code with someone else, but we cannot refund gift purchases.

Unhappy with Heirloom

If you are unhappy with our services we encourage you to share your feedback with us here. We are committed to building a quality service and take our customers’ opinions into account while building out new features or improvements to the existing service.

 

Disputes

If you believe we incorrectly charged you for your purchase, please contact us at info@ourfamilyheirloom.com. To help us support you as best as possible please include your Order Number and a description of the issue in your email.

If you believe your payment method was used in a fraudulent purchase please contact us at info@ourfamilyheirloom.com. To help us support you as best as possible please include the date of the fraudulent transaction and the amount of the transaction in your email.
