Transfer Everloom Ownership

If you've made an Everloom for someone else you can transfer ownership of the Everloom to them so they can manage it.

Note that you cannot transfer ownership of your primary Everloom. 

Before Transferring Ownership

  • Transferring ownership cannot be undone, but the new owner can transfer ownership back to you

  • Once you transfer ownership you no longer have permission to view the Everloom

  • Once an Everloom's ownership is transferred the new owner will be responsible for all future payment requirements such as upgrading an Everloom.

  • The new owner will need to accept the ownership transfer in order to complete the process

How to Transfer Ownership

  • Go to the Everloom you want to transfer ownership of

  • Click Manage

  • Click Settings

  • Click Transfer

  • Enter the email address of the new owner

    • Note that the new owner does not need to have an Everloom account and if they sign up they will need to use the email address you specify in this process.

  • Click confirm
